My biggest challenge is staying consistent and focused. Some days you just don’t feel like doing anything especially after stressful work days. #Motivation

One of my biggest challenges is being consistent. Once I fall off for one day, it takes forever to build up the habit again. I’ve realized that it’s better to ease into things to remain consistent rather than do too much and scare myself away. So, better to go for 15 minutes than skip it altogether.

Cutting back on sweets has been a challenge for me. But I am going on a No Sweets Diet starting tomorrow so I hope to see some new results.

My biggest challenge is being consistent and not giving in to cravings. I know that it must become a lifestyle change and a not temporary fix, so I’m training myself for a new lifestyle.

My biggest challenge will be to lose the weight I gained after losing two pregnancies within 9 months. I just want to feel healthier as I continue trying to expand my family. Good luck to all!!

My biggest challenge with losing weight is remaining disciplined. I always find an excuse to eat wrong or not workout as often. This year I’m beyond tired of looking at myself and not being happy so I’m pushing.

My biggest challenge is definetly eating right and staying committed to the gym. I will go for a week straight and then blow it off the next week.

My biggest challenge in losing weight is staying consistent. I go hard for a few weeks and then if I’m tired one day, I’ll skip working out. And one day turns to two and so forth!
