Having a baby in my late (late) 30’s has taken a toll on my body. Not only am I tired all the time, but my snapback game is weak. I’m working hard than I’ve ever had to in my life to get back to my happy weight. You know, the weight that lets you fit all the clothes you have hanging in your closet. I’m not rich so it’s either lose the weight or rock yoga pants for the rest of my life. I choose the latter. I wanted to share with you how with the help of Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant, I’ve stepped up my workout routine.
Happy New Year! We made it to 2017! Despite what happened in 2016, this year is going to be amazing! This is the year that I lose weight and get “Trina” skinny. That means I’m going to reach a weight that is comfortable for Trina, not anyone else. I recently participated in the FBF Fitness Challenge and it was life changing. I wanted to share my experience from the challenge and how I’m using the lessons that I learned to continue to lose more weight. Keep reading for my video review and FBF Fitness GIVEAWAY!
We all know after having a child your body is never the same unless you’re J.Lo. My bounce back game after having Harper has been weak. You see, although I’ve already lost the baby weight after six months, I’m still well over my goal weight that I wanted to be before I became pregnant with Harper. Now, I’m struggling to get it all off.
If you follow me on Snapchat (babyshopa), you may have noticed I’ve been eating a lot better lately. But my work out, my routine leaves something more to be desired. So if I want to be “summertime fine” I figured getting my butt (literally) in gear with a workout routine I can manage, would be the best
Today, I wanted to share how I get my workouts in with my baby Harper, along with an awesome giveaway from Fisher-Price that can help you out too!
