I decided to be an unapologetic black mother and share my life. I share recipes, home decor, the relationship with my husband, weaves and natural hair. This is me and my black family.

As a people, I think we are doing a great job of highlighting our achievements all year long. Now that the girls are getting older and can better understand, I’m going to do my best to understand why Black History is so important but it won’t be easy.
