I’ve been doing my best to make it to the gym at least 3 days a week. I’ve been doing pretty well with sticking to my routine. Some weeks, I even work out 5 days a week. Don’t get it twisted, having two kids and getting to the gym is far from easy. It takes planning, practice and having the right products in place to get me there. I wanted to share with you how I make it to the gym at least 3 times a week with some serious planning and the new Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles.

Since it Mother’s Day weekend I thought I would update you on my weight loss progress since most of us moms (women in general) struggle with trying to lose weight. It’s been a while since my last
breakdown update. The last time I shared about my weight loss struggle I was battle the thoughts of giving up. I’m glad I didn’t. Here are a few before and progress photos. I’m not going to use the term after because I’m not done. This is a lifestyle for me and always will be. In addition to the progress photos, I also wanted to share what has been helping me on this journey.
I’m still going full steam ahead trying to reach my fitness goals. I had a minor setback (HERE) but I’m still standing. I’ve also stepped up my workout game (HERE) to 4 to 5 days a week. Now that I’m working out more, I need more workout clothes unless I want to wash every day. I also don’t want to look like I was pulled out of a drain. My body is also a work in progress so I have to skip out on the cute crop tops and short shorts. I’ve managed to find some super cute, comfortable and cool workout clothes for moms.
I wanted to give you guys a progress update on my weight loss. I ALMOST threw in the towel this week after two months of trying to achieve my weight loss goals. This week the devil has been busy trying to get me to quit. After a few weeks of not seeing any movement on the scale and then being sick, I was discouraged. I kept thinking to myself, it would be so much easier to just let it go and buy new clothes. I was doing all this work and nothing was changing. What was the point?

Having a baby in my late (late) 30’s has taken a toll on my body. Not only am I tired all the time, but my snapback game is weak. I’m working hard than I’ve ever had to in my life to get back to my happy weight. You know, the weight that lets you fit all the clothes you have hanging in your closet. I’m not rich so it’s either lose the weight or rock yoga pants for the rest of my life. I choose the latter. I wanted to share with you how with the help of Dove Advanced Care Antiperspirant, I’ve stepped up my workout routine.
