Organic Snacks & Quick Meals for the Family

Mom Friendly + Fashionable Workout Wear

I’m still going full steam ahead trying to reach my fitness goals.  I had a minor setback (HERE) but I’m still standing.  I’ve also stepped up my workout game (HERE) to 4 to 5 days a week.  Now that I’m working out more, I need more workout clothes unless I want to wash every day.  I also don’t want to look like I was pulled out of a drain.  My body is also a work in progress so I have to skip out on the cute crop tops and short shorts.  I’ve managed to find some super cute, comfortable and cool workout clothes for moms.

Diet Diaries: My Mind is Playing Tricks on Me

5 Tips to Help You Stay Motivated to Keep Working Out

I wanted to check in with my fitness and weight loss update.  So far I’m down 9 pounds since January 2nd!  *Hits the Dougie*  I can’t believe it!  It hasn’t been easy.  I’ve been hitting the gym 3 to 4 times a week and spending a lot of time prepping my meals.  It’s so worth it!  I still have another 15 pounds I would like to shed.  We’re closing out the first month of the year and some of your are ready to ditch your weight loss goals.  I wanted to share with you a few things that give me a reset button for staying in the weight loss game.
