Welcome to cold and flu season! This is the time of year when moms’ shirts double as tissues. Disgusting but we do what we gotta do right? We do our best to keep our kids protected but being around other kids with runny noses and coughs all day, a cold is bound to make its way into your home. Harper has already been under the weather once this season. Luckily no one else in the house caught the bug (knocks on wood). I’m excited to partner with CVS and their new exclusive brand, Live Better and share my tips to help you through cold and flu season.
Figuring out what to feed your family every single day, three times a day, plus snacks can be stressful. When I don’t meal plan properly I usually end up at someones drive through and stuffing my face with french fries. As much as I love me some fries, I can’t feed that to my kids every day. It also doesn’t help with my waistline. Since my Walmart video dropped (HERE), I’ve received a lot of questions regarding meal planning and budgets. Keep reading for my meal planning tips that help me save time, money and my sanity.

I’ve been doing my best to make it to the gym at least 3 days a week. I’ve been doing pretty well with sticking to my routine. Some weeks, I even work out 5 days a week. Don’t get it twisted, having two kids and getting to the gym is far from easy. It takes planning, practice and having the right products in place to get me there. I wanted to share with you how I make it to the gym at least 3 times a week with some serious planning and the new Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles.

Since it Mother’s Day weekend I thought I would update you on my weight loss progress since most of us moms (women in general) struggle with trying to lose weight. It’s been a while since my last
breakdown update. The last time I shared about my weight loss struggle I was battle the thoughts of giving up. I’m glad I didn’t. Here are a few before and progress photos. I’m not going to use the term after because I’m not done. This is a lifestyle for me and always will be. In addition to the progress photos, I also wanted to share what has been helping me on this journey.

Over the last 2 years, I’ve been doing my best to provided home cooked meals nights. It’s a lot of work, but this is the best way I can make sure my girls consume more natural and organic food. Stocking up on Annie’s Home Grown natural and organic products from Publix saves me time and money than a trip to a specialty store. This week I saved a few coins at Publix on my organic purchases. At Publix, when you purchase 4 participating Annie’s products you get a free half gallon of Publix Greenwise Organic Milk. You can never have enough snacks or milk.
